Attention to the heat transfer label buyers
Heat transfer label condition suggestions (reference only, the conditions have to be adjusted according to specific terms)
Temperature: 140-150 ℃, To adjust the machine according to the fabric .
Time: 10-15 seconds
Pressure: depending on machine setting.
Peel off the film after heat transfer the first time in order to improve its fastness.
Suggestion: In order to get better fastness, please put back the film on the heat transfer label then heat transfer again at the same condition .
Left side: small machine. Bottom accepting measure area: 200 x 150 mm
Suggesting pressure: 2.5-4.0 kg
Right side: large machine. Top accepting measure area: 405x450mm
Suggesting pressure: 5.0-9.0 kg
The above conditions are reference only. All the customers have to adjust the machine according to the size of the graphics, the kind of the fabrics and the and other factors. Once received the heat transfer samples,please actually try to operate the heat transfer process and make the washing test . Please also sign back to confirm the fastness is OK for your orders.
